The Vaughn Geothermal Storage Tank is built to work alongside a ground-source heat pump. It stores water heated or chilled by ground source energy for hydronic, chilled water, or domestic hot water systems. A HydraStone-lined steel vessel and all-copper fittings handle varied water conditions and elevated temperatures. Built-in heat trap reduces standby heat loss, while a cold-water inlet and non-corrosive diffuser slows mixing to reduce turbulence inside the tank. Available with optional electric element backup and large plumbing connections for design flexibility.
